actually I made it from scratch, i zeroed everything out and then messed with it, thats how I always start off in premeire, zero everything. Ill take a screen shot of all the stuff I have set in premiere. But after premiere a bring the project into after effects and add an adjustment layor for widescreen, another for MB Faded plugin and mess with the layers opacity, then another layer for contrast since I just did the fade, makes a pretty neat look.

I got a quick question about the plug in that is used after the shot of the CU of the Grind.Its the WS of the the side of the building and it flickers red/yellow. What plug in is that and where can I find it?
