As far as I can tell, aperture blades are clean, focusing is smooth and the glass is flawless - i.e., no fungus, fogging, scratches or marks. Never had any problems with either of these lenses when using them my Brevis35 or LEX.

Any questions? Shoot me a PM.

Just a reminder... If anyone's concerned over buying from me due to my low post count and relatively recent membership, we can do any of these transactions through eBay, of which I have been a member since 2002, with a 100% positive feedback profile.

When I said it was a great deal I thought you meant in US dollars.. This is way too expensive for those old used lenses. Forget about it. You can get it for way less on eBay.

I am selling these lenses at considerably cheaper prices than I originally paid.

Regardless, I have now dropped the "Chrome Nose" 50mm from £75 to £55, and the 35mm from £85 to £65.

The Canon FD "Bayonet" 50mm f/1.4 lens - "New" style has been sold.

£45 for the 35mm?

Missed one on ebay that went for £43 + postage - so £45 is fair. You might not agree with me - though I seem to recall you have had these listed on ebay three or four times and they never sold. Might be the price ........

Yeah - I think the price for these is on the high side - regardless of what they cost before...

Dave - are you going to drop your prices??

I will hold my offer for the 35mm as its F2....

The cheapest f/2.0 35mm FD lens I've seen on eBay is going for £59.99, and it doesn't even have S.S.C. coated glass...

I'll consider dropping the price of my 35mm FD from £65 to £55, and the 50mm FD from £55 to £45.

Any takers?
