...if you do this.

paste "&fmt=18" without the quotes

at the end of any youtube url to view the video in high quality and with stereo sound. this even works on videos that don't give you the "view in high quality" option.

of course, if the original upload is crappy quality then it won't be much of an improvement but even my 320x240 uploads look much much better with this addition to the url.

Can you add this after videos have been uploaded .. or only at uploading stage???

you can also just click on 'watch in high quality' which is close to the same thing. (not all videos have this of course, you have to upload your video close to the 100MB limit, then you'll get that option and it's really cool)

ya it does exactly the same thing. however, a lot of videos don't have that option. this trick gets you high quality regardless.
