Everyone has ideas that could be hit or miss concepts, but will never get made. Here's mine. It could make millions or tank so bad people will say "What was he thinking?"

Mine:

Hurt Bert:
A muppets based parody of Kill Bill and Sin City starring: The Muppets, Bert, Ernie, Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez. Cameo by Big Bird and Elmo.

Out of work Muppets enlist the help of two Hollywood action directors, and Seaseme Street "star" Bert to help revive their failing careers.

Bernie Mac as "Da Pope". A black, inner city cardinal somehow becomes the pope.

Poster tagline: This pope, is dope.

A guy using some sort of Penguin moniker logs into an online form and posts a bunch of ****.

Hm...seriously, though...

"Fresh Baked" starring the Pillsbury Dough boy and Little Debbie: Fighting the world's objection to their unconventional relationship, this couple goes on the run. But an out of wedlock pregnancy and one burnt cookie could mean the end of this relationship and fresh bakery treats for all.

LOL. I saw that on the video shelf once. The scary part is I think it actually did pretty well on DVD.

I actually know of one investor who put $15 mil into that. A friend of a friend. I told my friend: "Jeeze, for only $1 mil I could have told him that was a bad idea." He took a bath on it.

And I bet he got a nice fat tax write off.

Funny, I'm looking at the writer/director's career on imdb. He wrote Last Starfighter, wrote and directed My Science Project, then wrote/directed Theodore Rex (The Whoopi Goldberg Dinosaur movie)...and then nothing. Talk about a movie killing a career. Curiously though, he's listed a project for 2010 called Starfighter, which I'm guessing is an update of Last Starfighter.

Another interesting tidbit about Theodore Rex. The cinematographer is none other than David Tattersall.

Yeah, but let's just say he doesn't need the money anyway. His uncle founded one of the world's most famous car companies.

i'm looking for investors. but then with that steaming turd, i may have missed the boat. does he have any other family members with 15 mil to burn?
