haha. i'm glad someone finally figured it out! the few times i've heard people on on here pronounce my name, they call me ooga fan. :beer:
 
Its obvious this is a forum with few girls. Guerrila filmmaking (Indie filmmaking, for the matter) is a 'tuff job. DIY's, Running with cameras, tripods, lights, managing a team, knowing about lighting...

That's what I'm saying: Girls can't handle it. Give them a full team of experts to command, where they only have to shout action, or talk, and they can do it. Indie, the hard way? Not a chance.

( Notice I write this with my girlfriend out on a 2 week work trip abroad.)

Oh, I figured this out during the screening when I was peeking over Larry's shoulder to ready the thread and I saw you complain about it. I, like Drew, still say ooga though in my head. It's just that much more entertaining. :)

EDIT: Just to give this post some seriousness, I agree with those above, that post seemed sort of deragatory. Hm.

HA, sorry, Tom. I deleted that post. :) But yeah, I'm from Jacksonville, the beaches area.

And as soon as I am finished FILMING, ALL INDIE STYLE AND STUFF HERE IN HOT ASS THAILAND AS A ONE PERSON CREW, I'll be going back there. I sure do miss the sand and ocean.
