Aww... Pengiun... cheer up, dude. I'm your friend.

No, you're the yellow guy in the background of my new avatar. :(

I know you're my friend, don't worry. Just remember that when you make your own film, there is an actor up North looking for a job! Crap, this is a very quotable post, but if someone does quote it, my secret message will be revealed.

SISUMAN, you've posted this in the acting forum... it started off in the cafe, but has moved to the new forum... it's happened.
I posted in response to the poll that started this thread. And your english...
"it is happened". Get it right if your going to try and point out a mistake.

"It's" isn't always a conjunction for "It is" it can alternatively be used to represent "It has." Get it right if you are going to try and point out a mistake.

Not true. Check with an english teacher, about the fifth grade, and you'll understand. I had it right.

I'm no expert but it used to be that in the english written language "It's" was not used for "It has".

Since things have become more informal with email it has become generally accepted.

I think we're nitpicking here though....

And I hate grammar police on the Internet.
No offense to anyone. I'm not always checking my spelling, nor do I really give a shi* on a message board.

:)

Well technically you are not supposed to use "it's" for "it has" but so many people do that it has become widely accepted in informal atmospheres. My post was basically a joke because I thought it was funny for you to pick at his grammar. :)

Kids, look it up.

Main Entry: it's
Pronunciation: \ˈits, əts\
Date: circa 1555

it is : it has

1555. Well before email and text messages.

WTF??? I'm saying that the poll worked and there's now an acting forum. Why would I be pointing out a mistake???

I'm not an English major, so who gives a ****? :)
