Demo Reel - Suggestions?

So here's a demo reel that I put together. Critiques? Lay it on me, I like it rough. I'd rather receive harsh criticisms and learn how to produce better work than have people say "Oh that's nice", so feel free to be harsh.

def not bad. my only recommendation is that the beginning dragged with the lack of music and the first shots were kinda boring. weren't as dynamic. then again i never made a demo reel.
