How to get that green look under natural light.?

Color balance off a cards that are in the pink spectrum? Kidding.

That clip looks like it's been graded - some shots really reflect this. I would say, if this was acquired in HD, they exposed and color balanced to a white card or from preset and graded in post.

You can use filters, too. I shot an experimental film with a green graduated filter, it turned out pretty good.
 
Nice Clip.. all done in post ... too many masked blurs to be anything else...
