Moose I am sorry that you are possibly misinformed. The filter I sent you is the same one in the photo that everyone was able to see and verify what they thought that would be. Anyhow, to show you I am not a jerk, I will give you some cash if you think you almost paid full price for a filter used twice. I will pay pal you some cash to be KOOL WITH YOU!!!!

Don't know if it will be $60.00 like you ask, eventhough I shipped to you out of the U.S. I will PM you and we can work out details....... Fair, It is what I posted... I just think you may have had it confused with something else or something. Everyone else got their item as promised except one person and I am trying to fix that issue (see next post for that one)

Actually, I have been in contact, I was just gone the weekend. Jvieceli, I am not a Scam!!!! Dude, I promise you this.... Everyone else got their items!!! Why would I screw one person and not the others who also gave me thousands!!!!!

Now, my mistake was I told you because of the holiday I mailed it out the next week. Which I did, the boxes are HUGE and could only go the 7-10 business day ground AKA SNAIL MAIL....

My error was I said the 8th I check my stuff and it was the 10th sorry my fault there,,,,,,, been busy man. Now, why it shows the 17th I don't know.... I have called them (U.S. Postal Service) and the only thing they told me is it stayed in station over the weekend and then shipped out, that is the reason for the spread from send date to export. According to them, I am not scamming you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I NEVER Scam anyone,,,,, Nobody here other than you has not received their item. I have sent you PM's and sent you email again,,,yesterday with tracking numbers and everything again...

You asked me for them last week, I went out of town came back after the weekend and you freaked out dude.......... Call them (USPS) and you will see you have big boxes coming to your address that cost me an arm and leg to ship over 100lbs of equipment......


Honestly, sorry about the mess,,,, but I am not a scam, Woo on this site personally has met me and purchased from me.... I shipped lenses out of country worth thousands,,, they got theres, KEVEN (WHO IS SO COOL) received hers...... I sold so much stuff, you and someone who thinks they were to get another filter. $160.00 Item,,,, Not worth the head injury....

The Serial# the the HVX @ Spec Comm is in the Box when you get it. If you want a 3 way call with them let me know. You have my email, and the other email that I sent you yesterday.


Let's fix this and be friends, I don't want any bad blood!!!!!

If you are spending $1000s of dollars on a purchase you'd expect some contact. The thing that REALLY makes me nervous is Mark said he would try and get this out by July 3rd. I know it is right before the holiday so it is completely understandable that he didn't do it BUT the next time I heard from him he said he sent it out on the 8th of July. If the tracking number is correct and maybe I'm reading this wrong but is USPS saying that the shipment was accepted by them in CA on the 17th (assuming thats where Mark shipped from)? If that is the case then he lied when he said it was shipped on the 8th. I think you can see why I'm a little nervous. I know that some of you have had good transactions with Mark and thats why I trusted him because of those posts during the sale.

So what would you guys do if this package came knowing this info? If this is a scam wouldn't I have a better chance of contesting this without a delivery than accepting it? I feel like this isn't a scam but I think I have grounds to be careful. What do you guys think?

Mark - here is the line you put in the PM when you offered me the filter (cut and paste from your mail)

It is called a Combination Enhancing Polarizing filter by Tiffen, this is all I have left as far as filters go. And comes in Original Case with TIFFEN in gold to show it is part of the Gold collection which are the top of the line of Tiffens...

Now the filter I have from you has 'Tiffen Polarizer USA' on it. I contacted Tiffen in the USA and they have told me that the filter would say 'Combination Enhancing Polarizer' if it was one. If it has anything else on it they advised me to return it.

Now I am happy with it being a standard pol - thats all I wanted. I am not happy that I paid you for a Enhanced Polarizing filter that I have not received. I asked for the refund as at $160 a second hand pol filter is hardly a bargain! You can get them for $144 at B&H

Just wanted to say thanks so much. I received everything today. I haven't done a thorough check but everything looks to be here. Looks like you even through in some extra stuff, thanks. Camera seems ok and the the people over at Spec-Comm verified warranty. Just a general comment about Spec-Comm... their customer service is awesome. Very helpful. Thanks again Mark!
