Using the EX1 with Autodesk Combustion

Has anyone tried importing EX1 footage into Combustion 2008? For some reason it won't recognize the footage and I'm wondering if anyone out here has found a solution?
 
I have the same problem, only with eyeon Fusion 5.

I have tried a lot of different mxf tools, but none of them worked properly. With some I could load the footage, but more than half the frames was completely corrupted. I don't remember the name of the ones I tried as there were so many....

For the time beeing I think you may have to encode to another codec. (Unless you are on a mac with final cut pro.

Please let me know if you find a solution.
 
I use combustion on the Mac with the quicktimes from the transfer tool and it works perfectly.

(of course combustion itself doesn't ever work perfectly but that's a topic for another day)
 
Same problem with AfterEffects CS3--no audio and black frames ever 15 frames. Each respective software vendor will have to update their product to add XDCam support.
