MOMENTS - a film by SABI

It all comes down to how we interpret and apply them to our lives.

"Moments" explores how the search for truth can be as fruitless as it may be enlightening.

It’s a story about the gauntlet of human experience: sadness, anger, joy and despair – and how people’s life experiences often mirror each other. At its essence, this is a film that is about the search for truth in one’s life through the evaluation of the most basic experience: moments.

J. Erik Reese

Discovering film at a very young age, Writer/Director J. Erik Reese continues to strive for both creativity and ingenuity. By integrating philosophical ideas from philosophers such as Jean-Paul Sartre and Friedrich Nietzsche he endeavors to capture the essence of existentialism within his films. His stories explore eccentric characters and unique style. As a teenager, he would often spend his days reading and watching European cinema.

be nice. i spent less than an hour on this while watching the documentary Cocaine Cowboys. when we can get the cast in for some publicity shots, a better poster will come down the pipeline.

by the way, production starts July 11th. Erik and crew will shoot for about a week in and around Los Angeles.

Looking forward to this. What will the film be shot on? The Andromeda, or a different system? Thanks.

Haha, no - I love the system (I shot Take 2 on it), but for location shooting it's really tough - USB 2.0 just makes it too hard - 22 ft tether is very difficult to work with.

Nice. Is this pretty much all run and gun for the street stuff? I know nothing about shooting a small thing like this in LA.
