EDIT!!!!!!!!
Due to a lot of confusion I've added the following info:
All the info can be found at the following link
http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/photoshop/
This retails for $649
So even at $350 it's a great deal for sealed, brand new software. The only reason the one box is opened, was because I figured I'd get a lot of questions, abut what is in the box, how do we know it's all there, etc. so I opened the one and took the pictures below. If I hear nothing in the next day or two he is just going to throw them on ebay. But this is a good deal for any windows users that do want LEGIT photoshop w/o paying $650.

My friend has two copies of CS3 for Windows. They were both sealed, I just opened up the one for the pictures so you could see everything that comes with. Neither has been installed on any computers.
Comes with everything in the boxes, all the boxes, the software and a DVD tutorial.
He's looking to unload them whenever so best offer around $400. But money does talk, so throw out some offers. Can do paypal and will ship but can pick up near Allentown/Macungie, PA.
