Thanks for the PDFs, Adam!
Some of those quotes seem to uncannily echo your first post...
Anyways, it's great that your getting all this free publicity! How'd you get the article? Did you call up the magazine, or did they hear about your production first?

I've been following this thread since page 1, keep the good work coming. Your an inspiration to this broke-ass college student.

When should we be expecting a trailer/footage/website?

It was really good to meet a bunch of you last night at Luis's house!

Wait, you were there? I don't understand how I could have missed you, unless you were the one person who didn't spend the entire time either in the kitchen or out in the backyard. Oh well, that's a shame.

Not to worry, I talked with Mark and a couple other guys about having another screening for just "whatever you want to show" in a couple weeks. I'll make sure you get the invite!

I've been following this for about 3 days now. Almost everything here has been very invaluable, a true Director's experience. I've been doing short films mainly comedy but never had such a huge experience on a feature film. Its a blessing to have this thread. Most of your experience especially the challenges will make me a little more stronger in my December feature film that am planning to shoot here in Africa.
By the way, any update so far on how things are unfolding? Cant wait to see a trailer.

Not sure if there will be a trailer - or potentially the distributor might commission one. They have all seen demo footage and now await the finished movie, which is where all my energies will go.

Perhaps they will want a trailer in the list of deliverables but as of yet I've heard nothing.

Adam,

I am pretty sure that you wouldnt need to deliver a trailer, Most distributors commision a company that they know very well to do most of them, obviously that depends on the size of the company. The ant farm is quite a popular digital effects company that a lot of major distributors work with.

David.

Well, within a handful of days the composer, colorist, and post audio guys sink their teeth into Corrado. Deposits have already gone out for two of the three guys!

I'm so excited. I picked my composer the other day. He submitted an amazing demo score, just what I was looking for. I can't believe how much music adds to the movie!!!

I cannot wait to sit and watch Corrado as a finished movie rather than a work in progress.

Also can't wait to hit up these distribs with a finished project - a project that is fully paid for and debt free that I can go sell without any reservations, no unfinished work to inhibit a sale.
