I am doing alot of gun shot wounds and blood squirting. i need something like that and i need a head shot. I tried detonation films but their stuff cost money. anything very cheap or free.

There is a place often mentioned here, that has a bunch of bullet effects, fire effects, and some pretty good blood effects too. I just can't think of the name.

Oh yeah, you did mention them.

Detonation Films are cheap, also videocopilot.com has a disc called action essentials that would fit your needs, also fairly priced. As far as free goes... would you go through the expense and time to create quality prematted effect shots and then just give it away? Both of these sites offer excellent prices.

Yeah, that's agreed. Sometimes you DO have to pay for them, but it's like $12. Skip lunch today and tomorrow. You'll be skinnier, AND you can buy the files.
