Where to buy cheap blu-ray player?

it's been my experience that a playstation 3 is your best bet. It's cheaper then most blu ray players and is an entertainment console extraodinaire.

Just what I was going to say. I was thinking about getting a BluRay player but I can't really afford anything expensive. I am told that the PS3 is the cheapest and best BluRay player available. Plus, it is a game consol, if that is your cup of tea.

after browsing that website, it looks like televisions cost a lot more in australia. sorry man. :(

you can find a blu-ray player for under $300 here, but i don't know who ships internationally.

Not really sure if I want (need) a PS3. They're $700 here. I still have to buy speakers for my tv so might spend up to a grand there. Was hoping that I could find a BL player for maybe a couple hundred in the U.S of A.

Don't remind me Ugs, everythings frikkin dear here.
