HPX 500 - start a new clip without breaking the roll

Is there a way to start a new clip without breaking the roll?

For instance if you were recording an interview this would allow you to segment individual questions for quick access when logging.

I haven't stumbled across this feature yet but it would seem like something that could be easily implemented or assigned to a user button.

Not positive, but think I read that if you: put it in pre-record mode, then whenever you want a segment, hit record (twice, I guess). Do a search on pre-record & you'll find it. Sometime in the last month.
