WTB: 35mm Adapter Pro or DIY

So I had a deal fall through recently with trying to obtain an adapter. Which sucks considering I start shooting July 11th.

So ordering one is out of the question based on turnaround time.

So the next step looking on here. Hopefully if I get any responses they are from within Canada, so I don't have to deal with duty etc; however, for the right deal anything possible.

Preferably I can get something for under a grand, or maybe someone is willing to rent me their kit(If you happen to live in Vancouver) For my first weekend of shooting and then I can figure out an option from there.

I'm not going to cry if I have to shoot bare, but it's always nice to add a little value where you can on a no-budget movie.

Shooting with an HVX200 by the way.

As the title says willing to go with tried and tested "pro" model or the DIY version from a wunderkind.

hahaha apparently the term under a grand was not understood lol. If I could afford that sort of gear I wouldn't bother posting.

Saw that post as soon as I got to work this morning. Awaiting a reply to see what the dealio is. Thanks for the additional heads up though.

I have a Letus Flip if you are interested. It´s very used but works fine. I could sell it for 400$ if you want something cheap. But I´m in Tokyo so you probably wouldn´t receive it before the 11th :)
