Anyone have info on the PAL version of the HVX200A????

Hello all: A few friends are getting together to buy my husband an HVX200A for his birthday --- well, ok, A LOT of friends. We're based in India and his feature project is based here too. I wanted to get the PAL version of the HVX200A but its really really difficult to get a hold of this information. I called Panasonic USA and the sales rep didn't know what PAL was --- and there isn't much information on Panasonics website. I know its primarily an HD camera but my husband will shoot on DV from time to time, and since we're buying such an expensive camera, we figured we'd get the right one. I know the 200E is the PAL version of the 200. I got an email from Panasonic suggesting that the 200AE is the PAL version of the 200A but there's no information on the web that supports this. I want to make sure I'm getting the right camera. Any ideas? Many, many thanks.

I have a PAL version and it is a AG-HVX202EN

I believe the "EN" is a regional ID


Can I come to his birthday party?

I live in Italy and my version is AG-HVX201AE, i think its the version for all Europe

I'm based in Australia and ours are AG-HVX202EN versions...

Get the newer B version of the camera... not the old A version...

The HVX200A is the newer version. On the DVX there was an "A" and a "B", but on the HVX the newest is the "A".
