Zoom 2 on the handle stopped working on my Brand new HVX200a!!!

Ok I have a brand new hvx200a and the zoom 2 function (medium zoom) on the handle stopped working, anybody know why or any solutions for a fix?
 
I know at least on the HVX200 you have 2 or 3 different modes for how the zoom handle button works, one disables it. Just check your manual.

SW MODE screen and you may then change it from the factory setting of L/OFF/H to either L/M/H or L/OFF/M

Is this SW MODE in the main menu? if so where is it located. What factory setting do I need to put it on to make all 3 zoom functions work fluidly again? Thanks.
 
go into your menu screen, the third choice down is SW MODE... go in there and you will want to change it to L/M/H so you can have number 2 work.
