good scene file for HVX + 35mm adapter

Hey guys, does anyone here who works with a 35mm adapter have good scene file settings for best quality (rich color and maximum shapness). I recently pulled my Letus35 FE out of the mothballs and I've been playing with it with the HVX for the first time and I wanted to see if any of you out there have any good advice.
