SHort pre wedding footage film

thats good work. what setting do you set your camera to get such a good slow mo ?

Thanks Guys much apreciated. Well, I shot in 50i at 120th shutter as Barry Greens Book says for PAL DVX'S and slow down to 60% speed. I did that and the slomo looked nice and smooth but not slo enough. Once I had all my clips cut and slo mo'd I export as DV file and imported into MB to do the CC and de-interlace. Once I had my CC'd exported as DV AVI again, I re imported back into my NLE and slowed by another 60% then rendered out my final AVI file. Its probably not real great practice as i'm doing an extra render step but hey, I'm not looking for that super crystal clear HD look anyway. Its looks great on my Sony Bravia X panel and looks good as an H.264 file.

Hey shaun not bad. I liked the foreground elements and the master shot. What I didnt like was the really long shot of them walking down the pier, maybe a voice over was needed. Also the music seemed a bit too epic for me, didnt feel like they were about to get married, more like he was about to tell her that he was secretly a king.
