Anybody used the Geardear mattebox?

Scratch what I said about the finish on the Formatt, that was actaully the stuff from my figner nail coming off :O!

I'll be ordering the adapter from BH on sunday if i cant find one on here.

I just got the mattebox and rails. They didn't come out with the FF kit until relatively recently.

The mattbox is ok. The finish could be smoother, but that's looks, not functionality. The filter holders themselves look like they were made from a rough mold, though. I'd like to get some "real" ones, eventually.

If I hadn't been bleeding money the past few months, I probably would have sprung for the FF, but that's on the backburner for now. And the foreseeable future. The dentist wants $8000, so...camera stuff isn't a priority.

Not mention the Pampers and D-cell batteries.

Thanks for the Information I'll give the Indian made a trial for now

I did a tiny post about it, way back when: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=108082&highlight=India

Not much substance, but pretty pictures.
