Looking for an inexpensive 7" to 10.4" LCD TV

Hey all,
Has anyone seen a very nice but cost effective 7", 8.4", 9", or 10.4" LCD TV Panel? All my requirements are is that it have the panel, controller card and a power supply, maybe for around $100. Any help in the right direction would be appreciated.

Kit, I've looked all over for one of these with component in, and have found nothing.

Some 14 inch ones, but not a $100
 
Hey guys i found and purchased the perfect 8 inch monitor(8 inch Axion tft lcd) yesterday,it has full a/v connections(2 audio and 1 video connection,sorry no component or S-video connection) but the great thing is the stand that holds the monitor is actually a 2 hour rechargeable battery,and it comes unattached and it has a tripod sized screw hole underneath which makes it perfect for mounting it.It only costs 119.00 brand new,but i found a link for a used which i placed below.Goodluck guys hope it'll be helpful to someone.http://www.amazon.com/Axion-16-3350...?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1211456628&sr=1-15
 
You can get a lilliput for about $200, doesn't get much better for quality/value ratio.
