Where Is A Good Source of Replacement Bulbs?

Just wondering if most go back to the manufacturer, or there is a good source of lower costs replacement bulbs?

For halogen bulbs, for example.

yep, eBay, I buy all my bulbs there. Just do a search on the bulb model
