I am preparing to sell all of my camera equipment from college; my next film will be shot on another level with a serious increase in quality... I've been working real estate mainly and have been out of the film business(full time) for about 5 months now. I am running a test here to see what you guys think I should ask for the equipment and am fully willing to sell if someone produces a strong enough offer.
1. (2)Lowel Kits contain a single 250W Fresnel, 500W Par and 750W Tota with stands, umbrellas and gels in each.
2. Manfrotto tripod with 503 fluid head.
3. Rode NTG2 Mic(w/ pole) with dead cat and extra thick foam cover(ideal for outdoor).
4. Format 4x4 Matte box.
5. Letus 35 w/ FE + case and new 2.8/50 MM lens.
6. Firestore FS-100 with Pelican case.
7. Glidecam CamCrane 200(Extends to about 20Ft)
8. 0.75X wide angle converter from 16x9; 98 mm Diameter, 82/72 mounting threads.
9. Panasonic HVX-200 with 321 hours. Camera would be in perfect condition except for the audio port(apparently it shoots in an out on occasion, you had to kind of jiggle your headphone input(XLR hookups work perfect).
10. KATA carrying case.
I know there must be something I am missing here, I will try to add later... Anyone who is interested take a look at my list above and give me a ballpark figure on what you would be willing to pay for these items. The camera is great, the lowel lights are easy to use/move/carry. The tripod is 10 times better than you could imagine it to be and the Letus makes HD look 96% like film. This is a true setup and it has done me well.
