The fourth entry from LarryR at Fevercity is called 'Hostel'. It might take you in the lomo direction.

Hey Buel, me again.
I only saw the first photo at your link when I posted my response. After looking at the other photos and reading a little about Lomo I don't have much to add other than I'm pretty sure you won't be able to get any vignetting in camera unless you use some kind of vignetting filter (if there are such things).
It's a very cool look. Definitely check out the In Camera Looks thread for possibilities.

i strongly urge you to consider leaving ths type of grading for post correction. There is no way you will be able to capture this type of image in camera, and if you have a change of heart, re adjusting it to create something else. No one who is going for this desired effect ( film included ) shoots the image under these conditions. This type of manipulation is for post.
