My Teaser Trailer. FIrst time with LEX and AE. need some feedback.

I shot the teaser trailer for my first feature length independent film.
1. It is a stand alone piece
2. It's my first time using the Letus Extreme
3. It's my first time using After Effects
4. Still learning the best output method

I just need some constructive criticism. Any input would be appreciated.

the gun shots looked very good, any way you could lead me to the tutorial you used for that?

aside from that the text looked pretty good, but I think my biggest crticism is how the letterboxing wasn't consistent. There were parts where there were none, then there was, and then there were some super letterboxing going on. but overall the shots looked good.
