Hello everyone!
I have posted a short film on my website showing footage of the area around my house up in the foothills of Northern California.
I also have a short film that I directed that was entered into he 168 Project Film Festival a few weeks ago.
You can find both films in the "Movies" section on my website.

Some information about the films:
- "Golden Hour" was shot on my Sony EX1 clean as I am still waiting for my Letus Extreme to come.
- I shot all the footage for it in about an hour between 6:00pm-7:00pm.
- Edited in Final Cut Pro 6 in native 1080p24 XDCAM EX, graded in Magic Bullet Looks
- Mostly this short was the result of me anxious to film SOMETHING on my new camera because I was getting tired of waiting for my Letus Extreme to arrive, so some of the footage and edits aren't the greatest, some shots tend to linger on for ages after I watched it a few times.
- I had the camera on auto whitebalance, so there are a few scenes where the color changes unexpectedly, Unfortuantely, I didn't notice during the shoot, so it shows up in the final film.
- "Collapse" was shot on a Canon XH-A1 with a Redrock Micro 35mm Adapter with a variety of Pentax K and Canon EF lenses.
- Project 168 is a timed film festival where you have 168 hours to produce a short film based on a randomly assigned Bible verse. Visit http://www.168project.com for more information about the festival.
- There is a time limit of 11 minutes for 168 Project shorts, so we had to cut quite a bit of material to fit that criteria. Perhaps I will post a full edit with all of our footage at some point down the road.
- Full credits are included at the end of the short, although they scroll by pretty quickly due to the time limit.
- Most of the support equipment used in this film was home made, including the dolly, jib, and shoulder mount.
- We have some behind the scenes footage I will try to post on my site in the next few weeks.
Thanks for viewing.
