MXF to After Effects CS 3

Hi

I am trying to view MXF files in After Effects CS3 but cannot as of yet figure out how to do it.

I have installed P2 drivers, Viewer, Manager etc... (all of which I find completely useless) but AE doesn't recognise the mxf files as a readable file type.

If someone can help me, it would be much appreciated.

After further research, I think that I need the current update of AE which is meant to have the MXF capability in it.
