Anybody had issues updating firmware for 16GB p2 cards?

i've been trying to update my firmware in order to use my 16GB p2 card and following the instructions, but noticed once i've downloaded the driver and placed it on my SD card i can't "update" it when i'm the p2 mode.

per the directions, once i have the driver on my SD card, i got to the p2 menu, i go to operation -> update on the menu and select it....problem is....the option to "update" is not on my menu on my camera.

am i doing something wrong or missing a step??
 
Make sure you put it in the right directory. It has to be on the SD card in the private directory, all the way at the bottom, and in its own FW subdirectory.
