looking for chart of f-stop diameter values for DVX 45mm stock lens

for example, I would like to know what the measurment of the diameter of the iris opening is for each f-stop on DVX's 45 mm stock lens.
 
actually I've got it now..

from what I got:

f-stop=lens focal length/diameter of aperture

and f-stop is a ratio of focal length to diameter so

so the chart must be like this then:

45mm/1.6= 28.125mm diameter of aperture
45mm/1.7= 26.470588mm diameter of aperture
ect ect to f16
45mm/16= 2.8125mm diameter of aperture

think I answered my own question, just trying to understand how this stuff works :)
