I F***ING HATE YOU -- a film by SABI -- the extended 9-minute cut

Awesome its cool to see people really embracing the improv aspect of it. I dont get the last line about "the best movies are bad movies" thing though... Just something the guy always says?

yeah i think it's their version of "until next time, the balcony is closed" or "save us the aisle seats" or something. they specialize in cult and underground movies (i.e. "bad" movies).

well, that whole process of "I knew her when" is beginning, Marion Kerr was just cast in a Heineken commercial directed by Todd Haynes (I'm Not There, Far From Heaven). from her website...

wow that was umm odd. Funny but odd. at what point did you know he was the one? Interesting to see how real Ron is. Loved his reaction to the "lines". He had that candid camera look on his face for a while there.

eta - and thats awesome news on Marion as well! Yay Marion!

it's so great to relive Ron in this audition. what a surprise
this cracked me up to no end
thanks for the plug too

jdajda, that audition is a spoof of what we imagined the audition would have been like. john and I shot this two days ago.

here's john playing the song from IFHY, with new DIRTIER LYRICS!!!

Whew thought you were serious... I was like dang he's really tough on his actors and that John - he's got some problems... John did a heck of a job during the spoof though. Guess I shouldve known better than to think it was real... I was just glad it wasnt a rickroll :)

I love the other versions of the song! Thats some funny stuff.

i bought it as a template ($40) and massaged a few details. now i'm working on the "News" section, but I need to recode some of it before adding it to the site.

pretty easy. i don't know flash at all. but what i do have is a lot of time for trial and error and access to the internet. so anything specific i want to learn, i can usually find online and implement.

Zak has the success of this movie lead to any other projects or contacts or anything like that or are you waiting for festivals to really try and get some attention?
