WTB: Beachtek (or similar) w/Phantom power, also Good shottie (416, 4073)

I'm looking for a XLR adapter that provides phantom power, to get good sound into my HV20. If you are by chance looking to trade down, I've got a Beachteak dxa-4, with no phantom power. In great shape. I would be happy to add some cash.

Also looking for a good shotgun mic--4073a or MKH416 or something along those lines. I'd pay a fair price.
