Fuji 17x7.6x2 with a RedRock

Has anyone here put a red rock on the front of an HPX502 with a Fuji 17x7.6?

Keen to know about

rail length?
Picture?
what 35mm lenses ?
if it would work at all ?

I got it to physically connect, but the results were unacceptable - lots of edge to edge sharpness problems.

Why don't you just buy an adapter that hooks straight into the camera without the Fuji on?
