Does the matte box have a bayonet mount or are the rails necessary to use it? Is the set up heavy? Do the rails get in the way of the focus ring?

[indigodark]

The rails are necessary from with a mount tht fits under the camera. It is very light. I use the Bebop follow focus but I have seen it used with other follow focus setups and it does not get in the way at all with the mechanical units.
