Hi, I was wondering what the resolution in DPI would be if I were to take a screenshot of footage that was recorded at 720/24p? Please tell me if you know.

Thanks

ANY screengrab from video is 72 dpi at any resolution.

but the actual real usable dimension of a 720p screengrab is 1280x720 at 72 dpi

dpi only makes sense when you're printing an image. Just divide the resolution of the image in dots by the size at which you want to print the image in inches. e.g. a 1280x720 screengrab on a 12.8 inch sheet wide sheet of paper is 100dpi.
