Hi, I've searched all around the forums here, and can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for. I Just bought an M2 for my HVX and now I'm in the market for a new tripod and I'm also looking for a monitor.
Has Anyone had any experience with the Libec LS38 Tripod System? My budget is fairly low since I've already spent so much on the Camera and Adapter, etc. So I'm just looking for something that will be tough enough for my setup and be able to give me nice pans/tilts. (I will be adding follow focus as well shortly). From the reviews I've read on this setup, it seems to be a good buy, just wanted to know what you other DVXuser's think about it.
Also, now that I'm using 35mm lenses, I am in need of a monitor to flip the image and help with focusing, etc. As I said before, my budget isn't very high, but I don't want to cheap out too much (I wish I could afford a Marshall...) What are your opinions on the Ikan V8000W? It isn't HD but claims to have a high enough resolution for focusing with 35mm adapters.
Sorry for the lengthy post, just wanted to explain my situation as best I could.
Thanks,
Patrick McEnaney
