Cavision Rod/Rails/Grips/Mattebox/flags/shoulder/filtertray

This is a great tool to get steady shots on an hvx. it is a strong value compared to many other stabilizers on the market. I ordered every available option from cavision direct, including the handgrip extenders and 3 flaps for the mattebox. back of the mattebox has rubber gasket for hvx lens but can be swapped to fit other cams. i ordered this straight from cavision, waited over a month for it, because b&h and adorama don't stock most of the stuff and i was told they only order when they have big order or a stocking order so it could be any amount of time before you get it. The cost new was over 1300 shipped with the import tax i paid direct to fedex, i can pull the receipt if you like, or give you a copy with the sale. I have used it only twice, my hvx spends most of its time on my crane. i can post pics if anyone wants, but i would be shocked to find a scratch on it. It does have two strips of velcro attached to the shoulder brace that i used to secure cables. No rush to sell, good piece of gear, just don't use it and looking at full size p2 cams now. i would consider trades for a carbon boom pole, fcs2, greenscreen, solid state audio recording, a v3 zacuto rig that i can use for hpx500, steadicam, p2 cards......make me an offer.......

several of you have expressed interest, pics. i just found the orginal receipt. it was $1216 door to door direct from cavision, if someone buys the kit, i'll give you a copy of the receipt. it is in near perfect condition. would like to sell it as a kit. but seems there might be enough folks to take the parts. it is a nice piece of gear for the money for someone who needs rods and base. the rods are tasty carbon fiber. the handgrips can have additional locations for some stubby rods to attach for hand controls if you have em. i used a zoe and foxi on this setup. it is a little more comfortable if you add weight to the back of the shoulder brace. i hung two of the tekkeon lithium packs for my zylight on there and it was nice, about 6 pounds. these were quick and dirty shots. can take some close ups over the weekend when i get a hot second.
