I like it rare. I once had a steak that was literally in the pan for 30 seconds. It was hard to swallow, but the taste was unbelievable. If you've got the stomach for rare meat, then you'll enjoy it. Anyway have you completed the trek from South America??? Oops did I just say that out loud?
