Helo! No audio from headphone jack

I am hearing no audio from my headphone jack when using any sort of mic (on camera or otherwise)

I had to use playback to check to see if I had any audio (which I did)

Any suggestions? Any other buttons I have to push?

1. make sure you audio level is turned up. (above the lcd panel)
2. turn on your meters in the lcd. do you see the meters moving when you shout into the mic? if not, then your audio isn't setup right.

if you jiggle the headphone plug around, does the audio cut in and out? if you unplug and plug back in, is there any audio at all?

I had this problem and had to twist it/mess with the plug to hear anything in the headphones - turns out it happens a lot and I had to take it in for repair under warranty.
