Hey guys, sorry it's been a while since i've posted - school & work has been keeping me pretty busy.
Good news is i've finished 3 short films for ya. A Comedy, Drama/Fantasy, Action/War. I will be releasing a romance in the next few weeks as well. These films range from 20 Minutes to 6 Minutes, i hope you all enjoy them! Feedback is always welcome.
As always no budget films, filmed with the XL2. Edited with adobe premiere pro. Photoshop CS2 for effects.

I really liked Militant. I didn't have time to watch the rest, but the CCing was great, the camera angles were good for the most part. Didn't like the opening shot too much though. The only think that was a little sub-par (and rightfully so) was the acting. It's really hard to get acting for a war movie down pat, but they did an okay enough job. Everything else was nicely put together.

Congrats,

Kegan

thanks for the review man!

Watched Militant, and the opening scene of the Ninth Circle (until I realized it's 20 mins long)

I'll be sure to check out your other stuff later. Been a fan of your work, but I'm noticing, like mentioned, the acting isn't always up to par with the visuals. You're a very visual man, and you cinematography puts a lot of us to shame, lol. Don't mean to be harsh, but the acting needs to be worked on. It's partially the acting, and partially the dialogue. Militant has a good idea for a story, but the dialogue was a bit... strange. Especially the "ready to kill" line. The actors seemed to be doing an okay job with the dialogue given to them, but it just wasn't working.

the lines were taken from what was actually said. The whole situation was strange to begin with. Thanks for watching.

You've really zeroed in on a wonderful filmic look with that gl2. Very slickly presented, but I wasn't really interested in the stories... Except for the first part of the ninth circle. For whatever reason, I got emotionally charged and engaged for that one scene.

Overall, great work. Better than I can do.

He used an XL2 - biiiig difference from a GL2. Still achieved a very filmic look.
