Info on Barry Green's DVD and Book

Hi all,
this is my first post here, I'm from Italy and I'm a new videomaker..
I've made a videoclip and planning to shoot two shorts to send around...

I've ordered the Barry Green's Book and DVD for my Pana DVX100AE but I'm not receiveing anything...

How long does the package take to get here in Italy? It's about 15/20 days now...

I also lost the track number (cause my brother formatted my computer)..what can I do (my full name is Giancarlo Giuliano) ?

I sell on ebay quite a bit and can tell you that shipping to Italy always takes longer. 15-20 days would be quick. I think it has to do with their customs dept. Personally, I think they open up stuff and play with it before sending it on. I send packages to the UK and they get there in a week!
 
I've had it get to Germany in four days(!) and I've had it take 18 days to get to Canada! CANADA! I could WALK it there faster than 18 days.

So yes, there's no predicting how long it'll take -- and this is all using the same shipping service (USPS Global Priority Mail). Some countries are just much faster to send to than others.
 
The 18 days Barry is talking about for Canada is actually applicable to most of the British Commonwealth. Ordesr to NZ, Australia, and especially the UK almost always take three weeks or more for delivery, whereas someone in Sweden or the Netherlands can have theirs in five days.
 
Ordered mine on the 2nd Feb, should only be another week. Stuff from the USA to me doesn't take long usually.
