Well, the second is better. It's bigger in frame size, and it has music.

Not sure about that oval in the beginning.

Sound quality isn't very good on the second. I'm not a fan of the logo itself, and the animation (light effects) are unmotivated; they don't appear to have any real purpose. I'd find some sort of animation that at least ties in with your logo or has a purpose.
