Whoever bought the lenses got a very sweet deal! The Lomos are as sharp as Cookes and beat any Nikon or Canon glass out there, hands down.

You can say that again...I bought them for much more and I've seen some amazing lex+lomos footage. This very moment they're on their way to the big apple

Just keep in mind the fast Lomos are considerably softer than the normal speed ones. If you can add more light and film with the standard ones you will be much happier.
In any case make sure to get at least late 80's lenses. 70's to early 80's Lomos tend to be slightly inferior than their late 80's and later counterparts.
