I'm selling my second VX2000

I Had this second camera around to shoot weddings, but then I moved onto bigger and better things. This camera was primarily used indoors and has produced great images for me. Check my current reel to see whats possible (http://www.tavproductions.net/resume)As for the unit, its all in great shape, with the exception of one scratch on the handle that was caused by a steadicam low-mode clamp, and the firewire port will not output video, a common issue with these cameras. Shipping to the lower 48 states with insurance should only cost about 50$ give or take a few dollars.

I've used this camera and a VX2100 several times. There are very minor differenes between them.

  • 1/4th stop better light performance
  • More egronomic handle
  • Record button on handle

That's it. the 2100 was just an egronomics revisison, and some firmware update to make the camera gain slightly more. Hardware inside is still the same.

Hi im new here, ive been on skateperception looking to buy a new cam, preferrably a vx2100 or 2000, and found this thread here.

So the only problem with it is that the firewire port, doesnt work?
