DIY slider, built in two hours...

Dude, no one is critizising you, you asked what the advantages of a slide over a dolly,

and your right many questions often have sevral answers,

as far as walmart goes, I often drive a hour to union city just to go to walmart, in part to shop, and in part because i'm a bit homesick,

really, i'm from Oklahoma, the birthplace of walmart, it was later mover to arkansas, but oh well, but they are all the same, and as I spent lot of time at wallyworld before leaving Oklahoma for the Bay area, I actually feel at home there lol
 
I was just demonstrating that you can turn abit of useless junk into something pretty useful. I know not *everyone* will have an old rowing machine in their attick, but next time your passing a skip, you might just see a rowing machine and you might remember me and fish it out.
