DVXUser Weekly Photography Challenge
It's a new year and finally we are relaunching the DVXUser Photography Challenges. These will be weekly challenges with a variety of subjects, themes, limitations, and available interpretations. We have tried to establish the most flexible rules possible for these contests but request that if you have any specific questions that you please pass them along to either myself, Steve Arm, or another DVXUser.com site moderator.
Contest Rules:
1. Participation and voting is limited to current DVXUser.com members.
2. Registration at the photography site must match your DVXUser.com user name
3. All participants who submit an entry must vote in that round or have their image disqualified.
4. Site administrators will monitor voting and any irregularities will result in disqualification from current round. Repeat violations will result in permanent disqualification.
5. Commenting and constructive criticism is welcome and encouraged.
6. All DVXUser.com rules and regulations affect the photography contests (porn and personal attacks are not allowed).
7. Common sense is key... if you have to think about whether something is appropriate or not then odds are that it is not appropriate.
8. All contests will be posted on Monday before 12PM EST and submission deadline will be the following Sunday by 11:59PM EST.
9. Without exception, the image must be taken within the time frame from when the round is announced through the submission deadline. Any 'stock' images will result in disqualification.
Week 1: Resolution
Details: In the spirit of the new year take a photograph that would be titled 'Resolution'
Submission Deadline: January 13th (note: future rounds will be limited to 7 days, not the 12 days of this round)
Number of Entries Allowed: 2 per person
Image limitations: You may post process or construct your image in any way you seem fit
