FS: Sennheiser EW100 Wireless Mic Set

I have a Sennheiser wireless mic set that I need to get rid of. The EW100ENG-G2 set consists of a SK100G2 bodypack transmitter, EK100G2 camera mount receiver, ME2 Omni lavalier mic, and a CL100 audio output cable. I am asking $390 (it currently retails at evsonline.com for $499.95 + tax & ship).

The lav mic is brand new and has never been used - the original lav mic had a problem so Sennheiser just sent me a brand new one for free because it was under warranty.

Freq range is: 518-554MHZ

I have taken good care of these mics. There are a few cosmetic scratches on the transmitter packs from normal wear-and-tear of a wireless lav system. I used these for video production, and they have been used for a total of about 10 hours.

Will these be obsolete in the near future when all the bandwidths change?

That is a great question... I doubt that the bandwidth changes will affect this mic system in any way since it is self contained and doesn't rely on an external tower or anything like that. I'm no expert, but I cannot think of any reason why the bandwidth changes will seriously affect this system.

Anyone else have more perspective on this issue?

They should be fine. Bandwidth changes will effect major stations, like radio and TV, but not close quarter freqs. Oh and you have a PM
