Yes, we are loooooong overdue for a meeting. So here we go! :)

Bring your HVX200 camera and any other accessories you want to show off! It will make it easier for everybody to gain as much hands-on experience as possible.

Please post here to let me know if you will be attending and what you will bring (if anything). Otherwise, I will assume you are not coming and we'll plan accordingly. $10 donation requested for food/drinks and location host appreciation.

Whoa short notice!
I have friend's coming from out of town this weekend but this isn't an all day thing so i'll try and make it.
I can bring my hvx+sgpro+marshall combo if people are interested.

I have wanted to check out the SG for quite some time!

I can bring... hummm... well nothing you guys haven't seen... maybe the 4-bank Flo light? I remember the last meetings always had a 2-bank being used...

maybe the 24" Gateway on the box and Yoke on a rolling stand?

maybe... the cheap-arse Alzo 800 which sucks and needs a pink gel...

maybe the Rowe Cine dolly... can't fit the track in my car though...


I'll try to bring something at least but we will be very busy that weekend so I don't promise anything...

hey maybe I can bring an SD version of "A Walk in the Dark" but it might not be a good idea if you guys are bringing HD stuff... anyone got a Blue Ray burner? :)
...if all goes well when I print it tomorrow the DVD box will look great!
 
The kino could be cool.
I know dc has the bevis, luis has the m2, and I have the sgpro. We could do a quick comparison to a monitor for people to check out or something.

Will we have anything to view footage on?

well... that sux, but good for you... that head-to-head comparison would have been brilliant

I also realized that maybe the Focus F-100 might be of interest to some?

That being said, I do have a 20-something inch monitor for viewing raw footage via component. The resolution isn't all that great. Better than nothing though.

In that case I could bring a 24" 1080p LCD... It isn't calibrated but it isn't like my 22" Dells, this one isn't way off... I actually find it very good.

But we need a projector, even if it is only 720... heck might be a good idea even if it is SD...?
