Nice. I output to a projector as well , but I have to have the screen on the wall behind me. It comes in handy for fine tuning something I know will be projected.

ASUS a8n sli Premium housed in an Antec Case (real quiet)
AMD Athlon socket 939 A64 4400 dual core
2gb Corsair twin x1024ram, EVGA Geforce7600,
Tapco Mix100 10 Channel Desktop mixer
1 TB external firewire, 320gb external SATA, 500 gb external USB
twin Acer lcd's (mediocre), Alesis Prolinear Powered Monitors (Love 'em!)
Panasonic 9" field/studio monitor, Sony MDR 7506 headphones
HP disc printer...various other crap

Love the setup...the sanctuary. Unfortunately, lot of editors share the space with other life activities...Next year, I will be building my studio...for now...see my post above
 
Nice and sparkly, mino...Does it look like that when you are in middle of an deit project? I know for me, I have tapes, Mics/stands, scripts and all kinds of other crap spread around. So the photo of my edit suite was tidied up just for the pic. Sorta like photo day in elementary school...you know, mom dresses you up in Sunday's best, grooms the hair...
 
yeah me too, I've had it for 6 years now. The curve thing is really essential for me because of the korg keyboard.

William Robinette: what type of speaker stands are those? And how much were they? I like em.

I have a keyboard too, but I have it on a separate desk.

I want to take a picture of my set-up, but I need to clean it first. :)
 
You guys are all making me really jealous! STOP IT!
All I have is a crappy old dell- I tried to put in a fire wire pci card to transfer video onto my gratuitous 70gb hard drive- but dells suck and it never even recognized the card

Also I have no idea how you guys live with insanely messy workstations, I would actually pay you to let me come are clean it up!

Come on over. I'll give you dinner a few beers. We can call it even. If you want you can take my Dell 8100 with you. It has FW and about 350 gigs of space.

I'm curious about that chair, where did you get it and how much did you pay for it?
We have similar chairs at work. They are great but they are about $1k each.
